From the Hunt for Red October to Against All Enemies, Tom Clancy had a prolific writing career in the genre of espionage and military science.
The Hunt for Red October, Patriot Games, A Clear and Present Danger, and The Sum of All Fears all went on to become commercially successful movies. His commercial success led to several television mini-series, a couple of board games, and several dozen video games.
