Crazy Like a Fox... or Just Plain Crazy?

The enemies should know that it is the era of the great Marshal Kim Jong Un, leader of the most powerful country and invincible great Paektusan nation.

So, is the man crazy? Or Crazy like a fox?  The DPRK has 14,000 artillery pieces in range of 10 million people in the city of Seoul alone.  Which explains why this little shit is still running around shooting his mouth off.
