Yup, that would be Dusty Springfield.
An interesting side note: While recording Dusty in Memphis she made the suggestion to Jerry Wexler, one of the heads of Atlantic Records, that he should sign the band of a friend of hers, John Paul Jones. Without ever having seen them and on her advice Wexler signed Led Zeppelin.
