Censorship by another name...
When business colludes with government to silence the people it's still censorship.
Utah Republican Todd Weiler, sponsor of the Utah Bill declaring pornography a public health crisis has sponsored new legislation that would put statewide filters in place to ensure no Utah residents could view pornography. Internet users would be required to contact their internet service provider to opt-out of the filter so they can view adult content.

Facebook, Twitter, Google, and Microsoft to partner with the EU government to combat "hate" speech. "there is a need to ensure such activity by Internet users is “expeditiously reviewed by online intermediaries and social media platforms, upon receipt of a valid notification, in an appropriate time-frame,”"

Facebook, already accused of manipulating data trending to suppress conservative topics is now being suspected of manipulating religious stories as well.
