It Takes a Talkin' Ass

We're all familiar with Jim Carrey's anti-liberty tantrum by now.  Making fun of a dead guy...  How funny!  And classy...

Last time I checked, criminal gangs kill way more people than NRA members.  Why don't the Hollywood left and liberals in general, who care about "THE CHILDREN!" start a public campaign mocking, lampooning and taunting the Crips, Bloods, Mara Salvatrucha, etc?

I'll answer my own questions.  It's the same reason they bravely rail against dead evangelicals like Jerry Falwell, who never killed anyone, but go all weak-kneed dhimmi in the face of violent Islam.

Salman Rushdie?  He deserved it.  And unlike everyone involved in the making of "The Last Temptation of Christ," Rushdie is in hiding and in fear of his life.

So why don't the liberals go after law-abiding citizens instead of the criminal elements in our society?
Because they are cowards who value feel-good fantasies over rolling up their sleeves and hacking at the root of the problem.
