Republican Congresswoman Mimi Walters who has been making the TV rounds pushing for TPA and the TPP (Transpacific Partnership) hasn't even read the bill. Neither has Pete Sessions (R-TX) or Steve Scalise (R-LA) and Kevin McCarthy and John Boner both refuse to answer the question of whether they've read it or not. Hmm, where did we hear that one before?
