Two Texas lunch ladies are fired after taking home leftovers from the school cafeteria.
Federal Law requires that workers throw away food that isn't consumed by students.

In another Texas incident, this time in Killeen, a 15 year old middle school student was suspended for leaving the classroom. The circumstance? A girl in the class was having an asthma attack and the teacher had emailed the nurse and was awaiting a reply. When the girl fell out of her seat and onto the floor the student said "F--- This", picked her up, and carried her to the nurses office.
